Manage orders

Stall keeps the order record tidy while WhatsApp still handles the conversation.

01

Watch for payment claimed orders first

When a buyer taps “I’ve paid”, the order moves into a state that needs your attention. Start there each day so paid orders do not sit too long.
02

Confirm payment in your banking app

Only move an order forward after you verify the transfer yourself. Stall tracks the status change; your bank remains the source of truth for the money.
Do not guess

If a transfer is delayed, leave the order in its current state and ask the buyer for the reference in WhatsApp.

03

Move the order through the pipeline clearly

The common path is payment claimed, payment received, processing, shipped, then delivered. Cancel only when the order is genuinely not going ahead.
04

Use tracking and contact details to reduce repeated questions

A clean order record means fewer “have you seen my payment?” and “has it left yet?” chats.
